What is the cost to rent the space?

Our venue rental fees range depending on the day of the week. Our space is all inclusive of staffing, rentals and equipment. Food & Beverage packages are additional. There is a 22% gratuity / service fee and 6% tax fee will be added to your final invoice.

What is the maximum occupancy?

We can accommodate events for up to 80 guests.

Do you have preferred vendors?

We have an incredible list of preferred vendors, as well as an on - staff bartender to serve you. We do not allow outside food or beverages to be purchased and brought in.

How long do I have the space for?

We allow bookings after 5:30 pm [ based on guest count and availability ] Monday - Saturday and all day Sunday. We have a minimum of 3 hour rental, and guests must depart no later than 10 pm.

What does staffing for my event look like?

Your team consists of a venue coordinator, bartender, and service staff. We are there to help with all day of needs and requests. We aim to be the cherry on top to your perfect & memory making event! Additional staffing is required for parties of 30+.

How do I lock in my date?

Your date is held once we receive your 30% down non - refundable deposit and you sign our contract, you are locked in to celebrate with us! Your final payment is due one week prior to your event.
