The maren straw tote is a modern update to the everyday purse, with a polished, boho feel. The long, naturally tanned leather strap is finished with a special knotted and looped detail allowing you to comfortably wear the maren as both a shoulder bag and a crossbody. Designed to be roomy enough to carry the essentials, the maren is a smaller sized woven tote so it can be thrown over the shoulder for a lightweight and functional accessory to take you throughout the days to-do's and rendezvous. Hand braided using sustainable palm straw materials by artisans in guerrero, mexico, the maren is a work of art, fashioned entirely by hand. We are unable to cancel your order 24 hours after it has been placed. 

Orders under $100 is $10 flat rate shipping.

Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands: shipping costs to be determined by package weight & dimension and location of delivery by active carriers.

We will gladly offer you a replacement or store credit on any eligible or damaged home decor merchandise within 21 days of purchase date. Please email hello@thefoxmercantile.com to request a return authorization. You will need to include your order number, email associated with the order and reason for request. Vintage items are final sale. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

At this time, we cannot offer any refunds on orders placed after 8/23/22. Store credit does not expire and can be used on any participating merchandise on the site. ALL SEASONAL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
