We are unable to cancel your order 24 hours after it has been placed. 

Orders under $150 is $10 flat rate shipping within the continental United States. 

Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship to Canada. 

In the effects of a hurricane, please note we may experience shipping delays. Bear with us as we are getting your packages out as quickly as possible.

Return Policies: 

We want you to love our goods as much as we do! If you are not satisfied please follow the instructions below or for additional questions, please contact hello@thefoxmercantile.com. 

We will gladly offer you a replacement or store credit on any eligible or damaged home decor merchandise within 10 days of delivery. Please email hello@thefoxmercantile.com to request a return authorization. You will need to include your order number, email associated with the order and reason for request. Vintage items are final sale. 

At this time, we cannot offer any refunds on orders placed after 8/23/22. Store credit can be used on any participating merchandise on the site. ALL SEASONAL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
